It was good in a beautiful setting. Need to add that it was just next door to Goodrington Sands, Broadsands beach, and hill top. We could enjoy views of the sea.

Everything was perfect, me and my family members enjoyed the stay. The apartment was in a super location. It was an advantage to be near hill top, Broadsands beach and Brixham. I could enjoy views of the sea.

It had a spectacular setting not far from eating places, hill top, and Goodrington Sands. And I was located in a beautiful setting. I had a warm welcome from the owner.

Other things like a microwave, central heating, and an iron were awesome. Location was stunning and incredible, adjacent to beach, and Brixham. Met the owner, who gave us good tips😃

Absolutely mind-blowing gem of a cottage! Fully equipped with everything you could want - including shampoo, shower gel, and plenty of towels and toiletries. Kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes, and oven trays you need. The oven and microwave are great, and the shower is brilliant. The high definition TV is a bonus. The fire was a welcome glow after chilly evenings out, and the central heating was superb. The view is jaw-droppingly beautiful! The welcome pack with wine, peanuts, waffles, and milk was a lovely touch. The sofa and bed are super comfortable, and we felt right at home. The cottage is very clean and well-appointed, and the owner, Kath, was very welcoming. Location is superb - within a short distance of Brixham and other surrounding towns and beaches. We will definitely stay here again, we love it!

Comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, hot shower with great water pressure. Cosy, well-decorated cottage with lovely view and dark skies for stargazing. Convenient parking, TV, electric fire, central heating. Short drive to Paignton and Brixham, with Dartmoor and Torquay within reach. Nearby convenience store and cafe. Perfect stay!

This place is lovely and has an incredible location so close to Goodrington Sands, with plenty of dining options nearby. 100% recommend.

What a fantastic place. Lovely small cottage with fantastic views over Torbay. The directions were very clear and there was a lovely welcome from the owners. It was very easy to reach the coastal path to walk to Broadsands. Lots of interesting places to visit in easy reach by the Steam train, car or foot. The weather was mainly good although, typically, one day of torrential downpours.
